Sometimes our industry partners just go above and beyond supporting our communities of color. Collins Aerospace, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, but with local offices in Cedar Rapids and Ames, IA is the corporate sponsor of the Lazos and Unidas communities. This month, we had the opportunity to have Josh Moreno, Ames Site Manager and Principal Engineer for Collins Aerospace lead the Lazos social conversations. He shared the wisdom of his experiences both as a university student and world traveler. His message reminded us that with every decision, good and bad, there comes learning and growth. Those of us who were present for his in-person conversation were moved by the wisdom he shared about responsibility, happiness, and success.
